Description
There are two numerals on the sleeve designation. The first figure represents the metal roller’s diameter that needs to be covered. After the sleeve is installed on the roller, the second figure represents the intended outer diameter (O.D.). For instance, a roller with an outer diameter of 50 mm / 2 inch can be covered by a 50 x 55 sleeve, and the covered roller’s outside diameter will be 55 mm / 2.1/6 inch Both regular and ribbed sleeves are identified using this method.
